You can book all your symposium passes individually via the conference website.

Alternatively, you can appoint a coordinator and book all team passes quickly and easily. If extra paid passes are required, you can pay for them together with a single card payment.

If registering via a coordinator, this person will need to know:
• The day of your symposium
• A list of the team members who will attend
• The pass types needed for each person
• Card payment details

Restrictions
• 1 day Invited speaker passes
(Free – for your speakers only)
• Symposia session passes
(Free – maximum of 6, for your support team)
