• Supply as a CMYK jpeg or PDF file

ABN app content
All Exhibitors
A profile page on the meeting app:
• 100 words of text
• Square Logo: 500×500 pixels, RGB jpeg or png file
• PDF up to 12 pages long
• Email button – supply email address

2x Poster boards
Annual Sponsors
• 2x poster-board spaces in the poster exhibition area
• Posters should be designed as A0 portrait (841mm wide x 1189mm high)
• Content can be Commercial or Medical in nature
• Send digital copies of your design(s) for approval by the ABN and let us know if you want your posters to be considered Commercial or Medical so we can place them appropriately
• We recommend you wait until approval has been given prior to production
• Produce and bring your posters with you to the EICC
Deadline for sending your digital proofs for approval: Monday 15 April
If you do not inform us you are bringing poster(s), no board spaces will be provided
Space Only
If you have booked space only, we require the following information from your stand contractor:
• Stand plans
• Risk assessment and method statement relating to the construction
• Public Liability Insurance cover (for both yourself and your contractor)
Please ensure your stand builder is aware of the dimensions and location of your stand. The build height is 2.8m.

Risk Assessment
All exhibitors need to supply us with a risk assessment for their stand activities. This may be covered by your stand contractor (see above) but smaller stands and shell scheme stand exhibitors who do not have a third party supplying this on their behalf will need to provide a risk assessment directly.

Public Liability Insurance cover
• All Exhibitors are required to supply us with proof of public liability insurance cover
• Access to the exhibition hall will not be permitted unless this is received
• Any contractor you use will also be required to provide this.
Please note: Whilst we take every precaution to protect your property during the event, we are not responsible for any loss or damage and we recommend that you be fully insured. In particular, you should protect yourself against costs incurred due to abandonment, cancellation or curtailment of the event due to reasons beyond our control.

Contractor Access
• If you have contractors to build / de-rig your stand, they will need passes to get into the Cromdale Hall
• Please email a full list of names and vehicle registrations to so we can have passes waiting for you
• Delivery slots will be allocated due to limited access to the delivery bay (This will be arranged nearer the time by email)
