Registering your team: Stand Staff

• Exhibitor passes give access to meeting sessions, the exhibition hall and catering

• 2x free exhibitor passes are included with your booking

• Email our office to confirm your 2 free passes and we will arrange for you

• Additional passes can be booked individually or as a group – see the home page for ticket costs

Registering your team: Symposium Staff

• All personnel attending your symposium MUST be registered.

• Symposium Support passes are free of charge (capped at 4 places)

• These passes give access to your symposium room for your set up, presentation and break down

• Symposium Support passes will not give access to any other part of the meeting

• Your speakers must be registered as delegates or on a Symposium Support pass

• Email our office to confirm your symposium support passes and we will arrange for you

• Additional passes can be booked individually or as a group – see the home page for ticket costs

Group passes

If you have a large number of passes to arrange, you can do this via our group booking form. This will allow you to book all passes quickly and pay for them via a single card payment.

To do this, one person needs to be the Group Leader for your company. The Group Leader will need to know:

• Your stand number / symposium day

• All team member names

• All team member email addresses

• Any dietary requirements

• A payment card

Please note:

• It is not possible to swap passes between your group members – each person must have their own pass in their own name

• It will not be possible to pick up badges on behalf of colleagues - each person will need to come to the registration desk and pick up their own badge

• All team members must be registered in advance of the meeting

• If a staff member turns up who has NOT been registered in advance, they will need to register and pay by card before entry

Group Leader – remember to book a pass for yourself, if you are attending.
