• Exhibitor passes give access to meeting sessions, the exhibition hall and catering
• 2x free exhibitor passes are included with your booking
• Order your 2 free passes by selecting Exhibitor: Free as the pass type on the registration form
• Additional passes can be booked individually or as a group – see the home page for ticket costs
If you have a large number of passes to arrange, you can do this via our team booking form. This will allow you to book all passes quickly and pay for them via a single card payment.
To do this, one person needs to be the Team Leader for your group. The Team Leader will need to know:
• Your stand number
• Who your 2x free passes will be assigned to
• Who is in your rota and on what day(s)
• A list of team members and their email addresses
• A payment card
It is possible to swap passes between your team members – register these passes as ‘Stand’ (for first name) and ‘Staff’ (for surname) as shown here.
Team Leader – remember to book a pass for yourself, if you are attending.

• Your stand builders will need access to the ACC on Tue 6 May to build your stand – they do not need to register for the meeting
• Email us the number of stand build passes you need – wrist bands will be issued for access
• If you require your stand builders to be onsite during the meeting (7 – 9 May), please purchase an exhibitor pass for them
Deadline for requesting stand build wrist bands: Thursday 17 April
All team members must be registered in advance of the meeting.
If a staff member turns up who has not been registered in advance, they will need to register and pay by card before entry.
